My name is Catarina Guerreiro, I was born in 1987, i'm an illustrator and animator from Portugal, and I have a degree in Visual Arts and Animation from the University of Algarve.
I was always very passionate for Art, being the illustration the area of my preference and the basis of all the work I do. I enjoy expressing myself through the trace of the graphite, but in most of cases, it's digitally that I mix the colours and textures that give life to my drawings.
I would describe myself as an observer and a dreamer, so I usually take inspiration from the elements of nature, feelings and emotions, fairy tales and legends.
I Participated in several exhibitions, I have comic and illustration works, published in fanzines, I illustrated stories for the children's books, Histórias da Ajudaris. I also joined the Illustrators group of Princess Pea, Portuguese brand that sells various products printed with works of Portuguese illustrators.

O meu nome é Catarina Guerreiro, nasci em 1987 em Faro, Portugal, sou Ilustradora e Animadora Licenciada em Artes Visuais e Animação, pela Universidade do Algarve.
Fui desde sempre muito apaixonada por Artes, sendo a Ilustração a minha área de preferência, e a base de todo o trabalho que faço. Gosto de me expressar através do traço, do lápis de grafite, mas na maior parte dos casos, é digitalmente que misturo as cores e texturas que dão vida aos meus desenhos.
Descrevo-me como observadora e sonhadora, muitas vezes vou buscar a minha inspiração a elementos da Natureza, sentimentos e emoções, Contos de Fadas e Lendas.
Já participei em várias exposições e tenho trabalhos de ilustração e banda desenhada, publicados em Fanzines, ilustrei pequenos contos para os livros infantis, Histórias da Ajudaris, um projecto de Solidariedade Social, e pertenço ao grupo de Ilustradores da Princess Pea, uma marca portuguesa que vende vários produtos estampados com os trabalhos de ilustradores Portugueses.
